Okay, I had a baby about 16 months ago and in september I started dieting and exercising. I have lost 16 lbs as of today, but I have what most formally pregnant women have, it could possible be lose skin on my lower stomach, but it is just this bulge that goes out and then drops, so if my pants sit too low, I have this fat roll that hangs over my pants-it is disgusting, does anyone know how I can get rid of it?
