I am Farrah, I am new to this community. It is hard finding ways to keep me motivated, this is the one way that I hope will help.
so I would like to list my goals. and accomplishments in a bullet list format. here it goes
*Be more active
* Work out on a regular basis
*Drink more water
*Eat Healthier (proves to be rather difficult)
*Get the recommended amount of sleep.
*Weigh below 130 lbs ( Im 5'2) currently at 220ish..
*I walk daily, usually during my breaks at work.
*Dont eat out as often.
*More home cooked meals.
*Drink approximately about 540ml of water a day (I want it to be more).
Looking for some friends to encourage me and keep me accountable.
My best friend although does a great job at this, we call each other and walk during our lunch breaks together.
But it never hurts to have other ways of accountability. Right?

Welcome to FT and good luck with your fitness goals....especially this time of year :) With Thanksgiving and Christmas right around the corner it can be tough to eat right and hit the gym like we want.
