I'm unsure how to get rid of this beer gut i've some how manaed to get.. and i've tried all sorts, geeral dieting from atkins to dukan diets, sit ups, running and well i just can't shake it! I don't even drink anymore and it still won't budge! any tips?
Try this: after waking up drink 2 to 3 glasses of water to keep hydrated. Don't eat anything and do cardio for at least 30min. At first it will be tough on the body but u will get use to it. Keep doing this 4 times a week. Have breakfast after cardio. Keep water with you in a bottle so u can sip will cardio session. Body will burn the fat for energy , will take 1 to 2 months for a flat stomach, depending on how intense the cardio session. Don't knock it until u tried it. Good luck
Quit 'general dieting' and make a lifestyle change. Watch what you eat, lotsa veggies, drink lotsa water, be active and that'll go a long way. Losing the beer gut is more about diet than anything else.
hmm mines not a beer gut, my kids are making me eat LOL thinking I don't eat while they're working. So they bring home food they buy snacks and im like omg! Im gonna get fat, well sure enough here comes the pot belly. I have gained 30lbs in 3 months and I justt don't want my belly to keep getting bigger, I have seen men with pot bellies and it looks horrible let alone not healthy.
