im on a carb cycling diet, and monday nights i play basketball from 8pm - till 10pm. i come home and sleep quickly because i have an 8am class the next morning. during basketball, because im not consuming as many carbs, i had NO ENERGY last night. i came home and cheated and ate a banana. what should i do? should i go eat a banana or another carb before i play basketball at night, because i am giong to burn it off right away anyways? and what is the general rule for late night cardio. is it ok to do 40 mins cardio at night, and not eat anything and go straight to sleep? thanx
