Is it true that banana's should not be eaten before a workout as it will not allow you to sweat

Hi Flexing,

I've never heard about the sweating aspect. However, banana's prior to a workout will give you an energy boost as well as prevent your muscles from cramping due to the Potas.

Actually bannanas are the most perfect and complete fruit you could ask for. Also, you really shouldn't eat just before a work out, I would wait two hours after a meal before hitting the routine. You're body needs to use all the blood, and digestion needs alot of blood. Cheers
