Maybe i'm too much of a beginner to worry about this (been strength training for only 7 months) but I've been trying to work out most every muscle group. I know that some excercies I'll use more weights than others (I'll leg press much heavier than a bicep curl) but is there a place I can look up target ratios to see if I'm training evenly and not overly training some muscles when I should be focusing more on others. I say that b/c I feel my legs and triceps are making huge gains compared to my biceps and chest.
IF you feel a body part is laging then make shure to concentrate in it. There are no real target ratios just work on where you feel you need it the most. Good luck- Mike
