whenever i lift something even mildly heavy my back hurts. This really worries me because if im 15 and already having back problems i dont even want to think about when im like 40. Some things you should know before answering my question is: I only noticed this just recently, and a few months ago i started learning how to do olympic lifts, like hang clean, and dead lift etc. The lifting could be the problem. and another thing that worries me is my dad had wicked bad osteoperothis(spelling is probably wrong)in his back. how can i get rid of what i have already and prevent future problems.

How is your form? You could try decreasing your weights and workin on your form and see if that does anything. It could also be because you are workin muscles that you have not worked before that is causing the soreness.

yeah but its not soarness. i know what soarness feels like. Like when you havent gone for a run all winter and you run for three miles, and your calves are sore. This is different.

you might have pulled a muscle or strained one....i would probably go have a doctor check it out, he could give you a lot of information on osteoporosis too

could be result of overtraining, poor form, or any number of things....osteoporosis would be one of the last things I would think given that you're just 15....do you warm up properly before lifting?

see a doctor.....and if he permits, start doing lower back strength program....start light and work up...in the beginning you might have severe soreness but ti should pass with time....and keep in mind that i am talking about soreness not pain...
