I usually do abs at the end of my workout but the last time I did my lower back I had a hard time with form when I finally got to abs.
SO...
I tried doing abs before the lower back work and that helped a lot.

I think it is because when you worked the lower back, it was tensed after that, that is why you couldn't handle abs in the right form. I think that doing abs before is a good idea.

I always do abs before my back workout. It seems to help stop my back from being so sore the next day.

You see friend,
I believe that you should always workout the weaker or the harder part at the beginning of the workout...for example if I have legs then I will do calf first, then hamstring ............and on.
What happens with abbs is that you sometimes feel exausted or even lazy to do abbs after a good workout and dont consider it part of the days workout......so if you are brick crazy like me, then try it out right after the warmup, before the other bodyparts....it works for me
