Well I just recently starting working out again with all the free time I got. Recently though I've notice a problem when running after several minutes. Right around the 20min mark when my heart starts to race due to the jog, my back starts to hurt in a specific spot directly behind where my heart is/below my left should. I mean it's bareable, but does get annoying to the point where it cuts down on my jog. I was just wondering if that's a normal pain . Maybe I should see a doctor huh? I just wanted to see what all of you have to say about it.

Doesn't sound normal. Any pain you worry about , should be checked out by a proffesional.

you taking any caffine supplements?
wearing good shoes?
running flat footed?
surface is hard?
all of those might be a culprit, but i'd go see a doc still
