I noticed a few months ago that when I lie on my back, the left side of my back has more bulk. This has become even more pronounced in the past couple of weeks. It's very noticeable when I'm on certain machines. I've also noticed that my neck is getting more and more asymmetrical too, and that my head tilts slightly to the right.
