Hey Arnold...!(and everyone else who which help me)

I´m a 15 years old kid and i just signed up to freetrainers but i´m not sure about my exercice program. i would like you to help me please. i want to be as bigger as you are.

i train 6 days a week. i work like this:

Monday- biceps and back
Tuesday-chest and triceps
wednesday- legs and shoulders
thursday- the as monday
friday- the same as tuesday
saturday-the same as wednesday

i do 4 sets of 8 repetitions in chest-legs-back
3 sets of 8 repetitions for biceps-triceps-shoulders
and 3 sets of 15 repetitons for forearms.

in my exercie program there is less work and repetirions.
can you explain me why and tell me what to do?.

thanks.

please e-mail me i don´t know what to do.

Kakaroto are you following a ft program or your own. I would also consider working out 4 times a week. Becasue remember you do your growing outside the gym and overtraining can do you more harm then good.
What are you trying to atain aswell? Mass? Cut?
the programs to follow here at ft are great, check them out, also complete your profile so we can get to know more about you.

Yeah, it sounds like you're overtraining, and I don't see any mention of any ab exercises, those are important too.

i'm nearly 15. i do 3 times a week:

push-ups (4 sets 15 reps for 2 sets, 12 reps for 1 set, and 10 reps for another set)

side laterals (4 sets 15 reps for 2 sets, 12 reps for 1 set, and 10 reps for another set)!(3 lb)

chin ups (4 sets 15 reps for 2 sets, 12 reps for 1 set, and 10 reps for another set)

can curls (4 sets 15 reps for 2 sets, 12 reps for 1 set, and 10 reps for another set)(3 lb)

dips behind the back (4 sets 15 reps for 2 sets, 12 reps for 1 set, and 10 reps for another set)

crunches (4 sets, each of 15 reps)

calf raises (4 sets, 40 reps each set)

Am i overtraining?

Hey skinnyrobin, I wasn't goint to reply to your question because I'm not quite sure if I'll have the right answer, but hopefully if I am extremely wrong, someone will chime in and correct me.
I don't think you're overtraining. I think it's probably okay as a total body workout, but as you get stronger, maybe you should try the mass FT program.

Yeah that should be an error. All you have to do is go to exercise resources, muscle targeting, biceps, and select a different exercise that works the same muscle.
