Hi,
I'm slowly edging towards the tail end of my 12 week mass program, and started to think about the 2 week break at the end..
Question is, what do you guys/gals do regarding supplements during a 2 week layoff ? For example, if you are using whey protein/carbs/creatine, do you continue or halt during the break ?
I plan only light cardio during the 2 week 'off' period after my program ends.

I would suggest taking your protein (maybe cut back a little) and carbs are ok. I don't take creatine, however, I wouldn't take it if I were on a break. If you don't workout when taking creatine, you are just gonna add fat... just my opinion.

That's kinda the way my thinking was going regarding protein/carbs too - If it aint getting used up, is it just asking for more fat to keep taking during the break.. ?
