With the at home work out for the weight entry where you record your rep and weight lifted do you use your body weight for push ups ect. First week complete and feel great lost 6 lbs. Every one has given me great advise thank you all.

Yes, you can do that. Just remain consistent in whatever you enter. So, if you do your weight, and add some weight to your body, record your body+the weight added. Make sense? You do whatever make sense to you and keep it that way.

Since your weight can fluctuate from week to week, you can enter 0. If you decide to add some plate weights on your back, you can then enter weight.
