Hi,
I wanna ask an advice from you.In the gym we should use one weight for all of our excercises with dumbells?
In other words is there any problem that I use for example 22 pounds for dumbell curl and use 18 pounds for my triceps excercise?
Please answer my question clearly. It's very important for me!
Thank you again.
Regards,

Be sure to pyramid when lifting. Do not just use one weight for all sets. for instance when I do preacher curls I usually do something like this. set 15 - 20lbs. Set 12 - 30lbs. Set 10 - 50lbs Set 8 of 70 lbs. As you can see my last set is considered my working set. You should use the same fashion for exercises. Later you could pyramid up and pyramid back down which will really give you an intense workout.

It actually depends on your body proportions, If you have very strong biceps then you should use almost same wieghts, but usually triceps are stronger. But for other muscles!!! can you imagine someone doing barbell rows with the same wieght he uses in bench presses, for example. No!!

muscles have different proportional strength for different purposes. Imagine if we could bench as much as we could squat...

I do not think their is any problem. One cant have equal strength for all the parts of ur body.It seems that ur lifting power is more in ur biceps than ur triceps. But why do u keep the same weight? After doing around around 12 reps in the first set dont be afraid 2 increase the weight. If u want 2 add mass then give ur 2nd last set a max of 3-4 reps. The last set should be with the original weight and original number of reps.U will get a solid pump
