Hi, I have been on this site for awhile now and id like to think I know a lot about diet and weight training but theres always more to learn.
My question: Ive been trying to gain mass for quite awhile now and for the time being im over joyed by all the weight I gained and its time to "cut". With that said I know in order to do so im going to have to cut calories and do some hiit cardio to keep as much muscle as possible and keep the same style of workout (low reps high weight, just less time in between sets). I have gained a lot of muscle from the extra weight i put on. A lot of it seemed to go to my arms... my arms are a little out of proportion with the rest of my body. Question is: I know you cant spot reduce but usually the term spot reduce is used for fat... Is there anyway i can make my arms a little smaller and change up my workouts?? incorportate more machines maybe?? higher reps??? please get back to me. Thanks! This sites awesome.

HAHAH... i never heard that one before...most people want to know how to get "big guns".

Stop working you arms directly. They will get enough work from pressing movements and rows.
