Ride the bike daily, your arms will get use to it....apart from that, I don't think there is really any arm workout that you can do, that will get your arms use to the pull of a Dirt bike, esp if your riding for a few hrs...
in the gym, I'd say best thing would be arm and shoulder workouts, focus on doing high reps. Also not sure what you weigh, but if your abit heavy, losing some might also help with arm pump, less weight to hold onto.
Perhaps a different riding style might also help..?? more standing, and leg involvement, may take some of the strain off your arms.
