I'm still hesitant about eating eggs. It's good protein and all but ALOT of fat. I know u need fat but lets just say 3 eggs is about 20 grams of fat right there and to me that sounds crazy...

There seems to be a great misconception about the word fat and what it means. We usually associate the word fat with margarine and bacon, and thats why we all try to eat less of each. But our bodies need a certain degree of it to survive, and eggs are a good source. The fat found in egss is part of the Omega 3 6 9 complex. Most people don't get enough of it. If you're eating eggs, you shouldn't be worried about the fat, you should be worried about the Cholesterol.

It depends on the entire context of your diet.
I'm working my way through the Atkins eating plan, which initially eliminates a deal of carbohydrate foodstuffs...not all though.
I currently eat three eggs (yolks and all) a day seven days a week, either as a cheese omlette or fried in butter and have excellent cholestrol counts, great blood sugar and the rest.

Don't worry about the cholesterol in the yolks, it's the healthy dietary cholesterol that the body needs. Just don't eat 5 yolks a day. If you're trying to tone, you need muscle to tone up, so a good recommendation since it was a female who posted this would be 3-4 egg whites per day and one yolk. Guys should take in 5-6 egg whites per day and one yolk. Thats my two cents.
