Ken, it sounds like a pretty good split! Make sure that your exercises are strictly compound ones using heavy weights. Don't be afraid to throw in a few drop sets, super sets and partials towards the end...you'll be amazed at how these can shock your muscles into growth! Keep your total number of sets at around 12-15. Otherwise, you'll run the risk of overtraining.
Also, vary your exercises every 2-3 weeks and rotate the muscle groups when you think you've reached a plateau.
