I want to get back into shape, as I have taken the last 6 months off for the most part. I was dedicated to the idea of joining Bally's and getting a personal trainer. However, the price is exorbanant and i don't want to blow that kind of cash. I'm a teacher and I need to spend my money on the the children of America (see how noble I am).
Furthermore, it probably wouldn't be worth the investment because I am probably just as exercise/diet savvy as most trainers, so the money might be a waste.

I love this site and it has served as a great source of knowledge for me. I like the exercise and diet routines too, but i want something specific for my body type, my situation etc.

My question- Let's say I was able to get my body fat measured, my muscles measured, my height and weight, my Resting Metabolic Rate as provided by a metabolism measure (some thing you blow in that somehow measures RMR) and any other pertinent info that would help. Would there be any trainers on the site that would be willing to work with me independent of the message boards, via message correspondance to inform me of what a realistic goal would be to set for mid-June and the best approach to meeting it? Example, I want a flat stomach by then, but if possible i would also like to add a little muscle. However, i don't know what is possible and what the absoluute best approach is. I trust that the trainers on this site are the best informed I can find and would really appreciate the help. Any takers, por favor? I'd appreciat it.
