I have been working out for a while I recently got a copy of a program that the strength and conditioning dept at Auburn used to use for its football players. One of the exercises in the program is a Lat Curl. I have no clue what that is. It is on the Chest and bicep section of exercises. Anyone know what it is. Maybe I am used to it being called something else. Any help would be appreciated.
