Are there any good short exercises which I can do within 15-20 minutes?
I have to skip the gym for 2 days as I'll be having some family reunion dinners - so the only time I can exercise is in the morning, before I leave for work.
Any ideas? I am worried that I might put on weight because of the heavy dinner.
You can basically do any exercise for 15-20 minutes. Depending on your goal, you can use weights or your own body weight as resistance. Your basic pushups, chinups, crunches and dips work wonders when out of the gym.
