I currently have free time to work out between 6-9am....I usually do cardio for about 35 minutes and lift directly after for about 45 minutes. This is first thing in the morning and I usually drink orange juice and have a little beef jerky right before I work out....should I lift first or do cardio first? or split up the cardio before and after the workout...any suggestions?
