Everytime I go to do cardio or karate training, i have a constant aching in my ankle.It gets so bad that i cannot participate any longer. I know I havent pulled any muscles or broken it. Any suggestions to what it could be? thanx
Is it your shins? If so, I experienced that years ago when I was training in the martial arts. You can only ice it and rest it for a few days...it should go away then. If not, you may want to get it checked out.
I believe it is caused by constantly putting pressure on the shins and the stretching when you kick. For me, I particularly noticed it when doing the jumping roundhouse for a whole hour.
