Until you're the size you want to be don't rely on supplements like Adro's.Andros will help you get quick gains, but DO NOT RELY ON IT FOR MUSCLE RETENTION. Long term usage will affect your digestive systems. The human liver is not strong enough to with stand such treatment. Thus, many body builders have problems with their kidney's, prostates, and colons. The best thing to do is simply take in high amounts of Protein, keep a close eye on your diet, and always use a stop watch to time your next meal. If you rely on supplements other than protein for your mass you're wasting your money and hurting your body. It's best to eat every 2 hours, if you have problems gaining muscle mass. At first it might seem like you're goring yourself, but you'll notice that your regularity will increase and your mass will too. Normal protein intake for ameteur body builders is 1-2 grams of protein per pound of body weight. Since I'm 183 in my off season I supplement at least 315 grams of protein a day. And because I eat every 2 hours, it allows me to have good meals without a powdery shake, or chalky protein bar. GOOD LUCK
