I do not want to be bulky I just want to gain a little more mass like 10 lbs from 140 to 150 and I wanted to know should I do 8-12 reps or 6-8 reps on exercises. I usually do 3 sets each and 3 exercises per body part. I have found that when I do the 8-12 I have more control and feel more with the weights. With 6-8 I tire mor easily but my body looks more pumped at the end. Is the deadlift exercise necessary for everyone or just pro body builders.
