im 13 years old. is it safe to take whey protein? what kind of supplements should i take if i want to gain weight and mass.

yeh im takin that 12 week gaining mass thing right now. i eat meat or fish everyday. but for my nutritional plan it says i should take 164 grams of protein each day. thats too hard for me. whats a BIG source of protein besides meat and supplements?

cottage cheese and whole milk, also very good potein sources. Broccolli is a good vegetable in which to get protein also.

Tuna? Other fish also, try sardines, with a bonus of omegas.
