all right, im 14, and im trainning to be a muay thai fighter. but big time...i mean i want to rock the world...ive trainned for about 2 years and have only focused on technique, speed, and cardio. i do indeed posses power, but only that which has been given to me by my instructors. can ya guys help me out? i dont have any machines (the closest ive got is a chin up bar) and i dont want to build a massive amount of muscle, i just want to strethen what i need to have my kicks posses knockout power, i want to punch so hard that the air bleeds, and with the speed im always trying to get, ill have a great combo...i just need a lil help, i train muay thai heavily on tuesdays wedensdays and thursdays straight

please
help

Welcome to FT.

Why don't you sign up for one of the FT workouts - it is possible to specify that you don't have any equipment, and get a program that works around this.
