Can anyone suggest exercises to replace "wide grip chins to front" and "hanging leg raises" which I am unable to do since I dont have a bar, or anywhere to hold onto.
i've got the same problem but i had a bench and a pulley system so i did my research. wide grip pulldowns and lying leg raises should work and get better results. also try looking up some exercises at http://www.exrx.net/. search around there some.
