This is my first week with freetrainers. I have a question as to the dip behind the back excerise for tricepts. I weigh 300 lbs and am 48 years old. I physically can not do this excerise, is there another excerise that I can use to replace this one that will help my tricepts and I can be successful at?

If you are going to a gym, you may want to try lying tricep extensions, or tricep pushdowns with a cable. Hope this helps.

I had been going to curves and the workout there was great, however I have a tendonits problem with my ankle and my dr will not clear me to go back to the gym, so any excerises i do has to be done at home, any suggestions for there?

I too have problems with dips,so my trainer at the gym suggested doing cable pushdowns, not the regular one but one facing away from the m/c and pushing your arms along your butt.Get the picture?
