I have a few questions regarding cardio, now, i weighed 140 2 years ago, since i have put on sixty pounds and i look great, everything seems to be bigger, and my strength has sky rocketed, now ive decided ive reached my goal and im big enough. At first i read its impossible to cut and gain muscle at the same time, i heard that cutting was losing fat, and bulking gaining muscle, and that it was one or the other. Now people are saying you can do both, and im curious, how many calories should i take in a day if im cutting and trying to put on a bit of muscle as well? also, how much should i eat before doing cardio, and how long should i wait after a meal before doing cardio?as well about the putting on muscle while losing fat sort of thing, what should my protein to carb to fat ratio be like? thanks in advance

start off at about 1 gram of protein and 2 grams of carbs per lb bodyweight. take in anywhere b/t 50- 100 grams of healthy fats.

before cardio, have a substantially carb based meal. about 40- 50 gr of carbs, and 20 gr of protein should suffice. this will give you good energy to finish strong. wait about 45 min to an hour after your meal.
