What kind of workout do you do after the twelve week mass program ends? Has anyone gone through and finished it all and switched to their own plan or done another ft routine? I'm only on my fourth week but I was wondering about life after the twelve weeks. Stay focused. Later. The Hog.

After the training part of the 12-week mass program, you should take 2 weeks off where you don't train. Then, it is common for people to start the 12 week program all over again (the first part of it is the part that really puts on mass, and by going through it the second time around, you will see really good progress over the first time). Train hard!

Why would you take so much time off? Won't I lose what I gained in two weeks of no training? If you could just help me understand. Thanks for letting me know Adrian. Merlin.

in the next two weeks, you will be rehabilitating, as your muscles will be very exhausted..you won't lose anything, infact, most gains will be at that time of resting. The muscles don't grow during working out, they grow during resting periods and especially during sleeping. Amr

Retun to a 8 week general workout to give your body a break , before starting another mass program
