After the 8-week program should I take some time off from weights for a week. I read a couple of thing about you should not train for a week etc is this true?

also I completed intermediate program, should I just go back and start from the beginning again. my goals are the same...

how do I start with a different program? does FT allow this?...
I don't think I will take a break if it is not necessary...
