After 2 weeks of working out and starting on my 3rd week on the 8 week program (mainly to add some muscle in my arms) Here are pictures of before and after can anyone see a difference?
Factory is right, the tapemeasure is the best bet, sure way of telling. It won't lie to you, and typically it motivates you because you can see how close you are to that next mark. Results start slow and gradually get bigger and better, be patient the results will come. And yes, you can notice a bit of a difference. Stick with it, and good luck!
