no it isn't... but you'd end up loosing a lot of weight and would probably sacrifice muscle 2 if goes on for hours... I myself participate in martial arts 4 days a week..and every class runs for about 2 1/2 hours...by the time I'm done it feels as if I've consumed more energy than I've energtized myself with through out the day..that's why I've given it a break for the time being

I think it depends on what you're trying to do. In my case, I'm trying to regain the fairly cut physique I had as a teen. For me, 45minutes 4 times a week seems to do the trick. If you're at a happy point, 30-40 minutes 3 times a week should be enuff.

Actually it's all a question about speed.... (les filières aèrobique..... sorry folks, only know the French words for that one) The human body has been build to mooooove, so of course you can do cardio everyday without beeing afraid of catabolizing (keep to 20-30 mins though, but if you want you can do it twice a day). A good steady work out (cardio) where you are able to talk normally all the time is good. You can do that everyday. 3 to 4 times per week I recommand you to work differently; do interval cardio training. The most important muscle we have in the body is the heart, and interval training is a good way to work with it. Finally, of course cardio training is different depending on your goal; losing fat or just staying lean. Okey? (o: - Nina
