Aerobic Exercise

I swim for between 10 to 20 minutes before I lift. After I lift I do an aerobic exercise from two to 5 minutes. Do you feel this type of activity is helpful in bodybuilding?

Swimming is a great cardio exercise...low impact! Your routine sounds pretty good. The cardio after the weight training helps to loosen and stretch the muscles.
