I always heard that if you just do cardio with no aerobic you will just gain muscles under fat, dont I need to have some aerobic in my plan? As of now it says I should just do 5 min warm up?

Just remember that in order to "burn fat" you must have your diet in order. Pick up some strength training, this will also help you in your quest to gain some muscle and burn fat.

Cardio is aerobic.
