hey guys,

at the end of may, i hav 3 months as a student where i hav time off and as a result im aiming to bulk up and become fitter.

im going to use the freetrainers.com workout prob muscle mass program. but my question is: what protein supplements i should use.

i kno there are a list of supplements on this site, but i just thought id ask ppl what there personal favourite was and which one they perfered,

don't use any....you don't really have any need....you're just starting out...rely on bread and butter basics ...


weight lifting, healthy nutrition, and lots of sleep.....do as little cardio as u can to maximize muscle gains...(to conserve the energy/calories)

if you have difficulty meeting daily intake of protein....you may try using a protein supplement...but that's as far as you should go starting out....my favorite is 'Pro-rated' Bovarian Chocolate....
