Hey all!! This is my first post on this site, and it's already been extremely helpful just browsing the boards. I have a few questions. I have been working out for about four years, but just recently got really dedicated to it. My girlfriend got deployed to Iraq four months ago, and I needed something to keep me sane, so I decided that going to the gym was going to be that. I'm very lean, 6 feet and about 135 pounds, with 8% body fat. I've been trying to improve on certain areas, mosty chest, abs and arms. If anyone could give me some good exercises for the inside of the chest, I'd appreciate it. For abs, any advice for building muscle on top of not a whole lot of fat is appreciated. Finally, I have pretty big biceps, but I feel that they start really close to the shoulder. It seems like there's a small space right near the elbow that should have muscle but doesn't. It might be because I have kinda long arms, I'm not sure. OK, any help is much appreciated. Thanks.
