Hello everyone, I am kina new to this working out stuff so
I need some advice =) If I do some jumping jacks and then
stretch , will that be a good warm up before I lift weights?
After that for my cool down, I go walking. Does that sound like a
pretty good warmup/cooldown?

I do my 30-50 minute cardio workouts before I lift, for some reason that really gets my blood pumping and I feel stronger. Most people say to do it the other way around, a short warm up, weights, and then cardio, but I dunno it just works really well for me.
