I'm 23yo male. I weight 170-180 (i used to be 215 two years ago so great improvement).
I filled out a profile on mybodycomp.com. I have approx 148lbs lean body mass and 32lbs fat. Comes out to 17% body fat.
I dont wanna "bodybuild" but i want to get lean. Can i do more than 3 times a week of 30-45mins cardio, and less weights than my program on FT tells me to do. Ive been trying it for a few months (obviously not religiously) and I dont seem to succeed. Anyways any advice appreciated thanks :)
