I'm 18 years old, and just stopped playing very competetive basketball that I was actively involved in since 4th grade, and my problem is basically this:
Since I'm not competitave in basketball anymore I want my body to be more feminine. My upper body is pretty lean, but my calves are really bulky and full of muscle because I also sprinted in track. What do I need to do to lean up my legs? What exorcizes would finnish toning the area under my butt as well. I'm so confused! Thanks!
