Hey! Im totally new to this program, and just working out in general- I used to rely on sports to keep me in shape. Now that I just plan to work out at the gym, I dont really know what I'm doing cardio wise. Do you have to pay to put cardio into your plan? Anybody have advice on cardio routines?

It depends on your goals. If you are going for fat loss, then you need 3-4 cardio different sessions in your program. If you are trying to gain, you can do 1-2, but don't really need any. What is it your doing for a workout and what are your goals?

Going for limited weight loss- I'm ALMOST exactly where I want to be- and to tone up a few places, e.g. Abs. Do you have to pay money to get a cardio plan on this site?

I don't know that there are specific cardio workouts offered by FT, but there are plenty of cardio ideas here in the posts. How often are you doing cardio? How often are you lifting? What is your diet like? Abs come, for the most part, from your diet. If your BF% is realtively low and you can't see them, then you need to do some ab training with resistance. If you still have quite a bit of BF you will need to clean up your diet. Having to ask you all these questions is why I urge people to tell us more about themselves from the get go, or put it in your profile. The most effective cardio is HIIT and it is explained several times here, but the trick is not to do the same cardio routine all the time. Do several different things throughout the week.
