If diet is the key to cutting, then do I just try to eat the same foods while eating less food and maintaining the same workout program? I already run 30-35 min (3miles) 3 to 4 times per week. I need specifics on what to do. Thanks for any help you can give me

As it's been said here before, be careful with those web sites. Not everything there is scientifically based, but there is some good stuff.
