I have a bit of a nit picking question.

How do you determine time spent working out? Meaning, if I walk in to the gym at 12:30 and step out at 1:50, do I count that as 80 minutes? Or, do I count say 45 min cardio plus 1 minute to do a set, 30 secs rest between sets, total 4 sets per... you get the idea, and then add those minutes and seconds up?

Hello..

I would suggest you count the actual training time. So basically from the moment you do your first set or warm up on the treadmill.. to the last set.

should be aprox 30-60 minutes.. depending on your goals. Ofcourse if you do cardio it will be longer.

Good Luck
