I'm currently into my 5th week on the Free Trainers program (Glutes & Abs) and not really seeing any results yet. I've followed the program exactly aas instructed, I eat 5-6 small well balanced, low fat meals and HIIT cardio 3 days a week. Am I missing something? Is there something I can do to accelerate my results? I have a big event in one month, and I am willing to do just about anything that's healthy for me to have a body to die for.

Any input any of you could offer would be GREATLY appreciated.

Also, if it helps - prior to starting the free trainers program, I completed the Body For Life program (12 weeks) and lost about 15 pounds. I'm currently 5'7" approx 162 pounds, and very willing to work hard for the results

6 Days a week I eat well and 1 day a week is my 'bad day' as per the Body for life plan. I also workout 6 days a week not 5 by throwing in extra cardio on the Saturday. My meals consist of consist of 3 times a day 1 sm portion of protein, 1 sm portion of carbs and some fruit or veggie - the other 3 meals are protein shakes. I will admit that I am guilty at times of not eating enough some days (namely Saturdays) because I'm just not hungry.

Am I doing something wrong or just getting impatient? I've also heard of Hydroxycut - does that help? I don't want to do anything that's unhealthy - but if I'm doing something wrong, or could do something better I would like to know!
