Ok, so I put in all my info (in a nutshell, 22 yo female beginner) and it came back with my personalized workout. For my abs it has two excercises, neither of which make sense to me. The first is Twisted Hanging Leg Raises. The explanation says something to the effect of "This is not an exercise for beginners!" The second is machine crunches. I've always heard that women (particularly) usually don't want to do weight resistence on the abs because weights bulk, and I know I don't want that there, even in moderation. Could you shed some light on this, and/or possibly offer other alternatives?

TIA

Sounds like a computer giltch to me. Try re-filling out the form. Sometimes you have to do it a few times. You should be getting things like crunches, seated twists, leg lifts and side leg lifts. If you don't get stufff like that after a few tries, contact George or Adrian. Welcome to FT.
