im having issues with my chest and abs.. my arms are getting bigger already.. and shoulders and lats and traps.. my chest and my abs are being very difficult aarrghh!! somone please help.. what can i do to get more deffintion in my abs and chest. and growth.. its like they dont want to get with the program..
