my main problem areas are my abs and chest area...My question is....I have heard alot of people tell me that I need to work all of my body and not just target one or two areas. I see how that is important to people who are building muscle mass through out the body, Im not at that point yet, and i wont be till i get ride of my stumach and start to see some definition. Should I work my lower body as well as my upper body when im trying to shed the extra pounds off my stumach and chest areas? My body is in reasonably good shape exept my belly is starting to pop out a little, thats why i am targeting that area.
