i wondered why the ab workout has stayed the same the 3 weeks that i have been doing them. Crunches leg raises and seated twist. Shouldnt they change to keep me motivated to do these

hello i'm sofia. you know i've been trying to get the ab schedule for a while and i cannot seem to pull it up on my profile. how did you get yours to appear? help me please. i've tried to change my profile around to see if the would work and nothing. if you could suggest anyhting please do so. so if there's a way to e-mail me the scheudule(routine) please, i'd greatly appreiciate it. thanks

hi sofia, all you have to do is go to your fitness profile and check mark the 12 week ab work out. I looked at mine and i think you have to have the weight loss and definition training. It is on the last profile. Hope that helps if not let me know maybe we could find another way.:big_smile:

I just started the 4th week and while the exercises are the same I now have 4 sets....good luck!!

I looked at my next week and it goes to 4 days next week. But the exercises are the same. Have u noticed any chages yet jcmets?
