I was just asking should I take whey protein on my nonworkout days when I dont work out I am at home doing as many crunches as a can should I take the whey protein after I do my crunches?

protein is what builds muscle! Take it especially on non-workout days for recovering muscle. The best time is within an hour or so after working out, then spread out through your day.
Protein isn't a miracle ab builder though, remember there's more to abs than protein.
